What this covers
This page explains what happens to personal information you send through oksanagedz.com. It follows the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which governs how private-sector organisations in Canada handle personal information.
What is collected
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the subject you select, and your message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission is not automated. Nothing else is collected — this site sets no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
How it is used
To reply to your inquiry, and if you become a client, to carry out the work you engage me for. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing. They are not used to send you anything you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
The inquiry is delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery provider, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both act as service providers on my behalf. Client records may be disclosed to the Canada Revenue Agency where a filing requires it, or where the law obliges disclosure.
How long it is kept
Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are retained for the period required by the Income Tax Act — generally six years from the end of the tax year they relate to.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where I am not required to keep it. Write to mail@oksanagedz.com and I will respond within thirty days.
Questions or concerns
Contact me first at mail@oksanagedz.com or (604) 722-3736. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
