I am Oksana Gedz. I have spent more than fifteen years in Canadian taxation, working with individuals, self-employed professionals, entrepreneurs and corporations across the country.

My approach is structured and proactive. That means planning before the year closes rather than reporting after it, choosing a business structure that fits how you intend to work, and keeping records that would hold up under review. The aim is to reduce risk and build long-term financial stability — not to find a clever position that has to be defended later.

No two businesses are the same. Before I recommend anything I want to understand how yours actually operates, who depends on it, and what you are trying to build. I am respectful of the person behind the business, and I say plainly when something is not worth doing.

I work in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Tax vocabulary is difficult in a first language and considerably harder in a second — for many of my clients, being able to ask the question in their own language is the reason the answer is useful.
